Jacuzzi Unlimited was founded in September 2023 by Louie Barletta and Jeff Davis after the collapse of Dwindle Distribution. Barletta was a longtime Enjoi rider and brand figure; Davis was Enjoi’s filmer/team manager.

The brand operates under rider-run Sidewalk Distribution alongside Opera Skateboards and Slappy Trucks. It is independent of Enjoi but shares crew and creative roots.

Jacuzzi Unlimited produces skate decks, apparel, and accessories, with a stated focus on fun-oriented, unconventional skateboarding culture.
