Shipping policy

Bow Shock Marketplace (shop.bowshock.app) is a curated skateboard marketplace operated by Bow Shock. Products are sold and fulfilled by partner skate shops through Shopify Collective. When you order from us, items may ship in separate packages from each partner shop.

Shipping destinations

We ship to addresses within the United States.

Free shipping

Free US shipping on US orders $150+. The discount is applied automatically at checkout when your order subtotal (before tax) is $150 or more and the shipping address is in the US.

Shipping costs (orders under $150)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, item weight, and the partner shop fulfilling each item.

Processing and delivery

Partner shops typically process orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. Because a single Bow Shock order can include items from multiple shops, you may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number.

Order tracking

When your items ship, you will receive shipping confirmation email(s) with tracking information when the partner shop provides it.
