About Vision
Vision Street Wear / Vision Skateboards was started in 1976 by Brad Dorfman in Southern California. The company became a major 1980s skate brand for decks, apparel, and later shoes and BMX crossover product.
Early pro models included Mark "Gator" Rogowski (1984) and Mark Gonzales (1985). Artist Andy Takakjian designed notable graphics, including the Psycho Stick (1986).
Vision licensed and marketed Sims Skateboards for a period and expanded soft goods as Vision Street Wear. The brand is later associated with Authentic Brands Group ownership.
