About Glass House
Glass House Skateboards was launched in 2025 by artist and former Zero art director Ben Horton as the successor to $lave Skateboards after about 18 years. Horton archived $lave and started Glass House for a new thematic approach.
The team carried over core $lave riders Anthony Schultz, AJ Zavala, Pat Burke, Danny Dicola, and Logan Taylor, plus Zack Wallin, Cody Jacobson, and TJ Person.
Horton frames Glass House as commentary on contemporary society—privacy, corporatism, social media, and environmental fragility—while continuing skate decks, apparel, and video from a skate-shop–oriented brand.
