Rob Dyrdeck, bought Alien Workshop for 4 million Dollars and one day felt running a skateboard company wasn't what he wanted to do and then turned Alien, Habitat and Habitat shoes over to the founders that ran Alien, Habitat and Habitat shoes Free and Clear - He also gave them the bunker (Warehouse) free and clear as well. All the decks, Shoes and inventory were stored and shipped from the bunker.
